If you are thinking of using this supplier, I would stay far away. They are the worst suppliers to ever give money to. I ordered 3 screen units from them, 2 of the 3 came damaged. One screen had burnt pixels on it, and the 2nd screen had broken leds all on the bottom ruining the image. Both screens were unusable, when contacting the supplier, they pretended to care and acknowledged that it was damaged during shipping, but refused to do anything about it. They wanted me to pay for shipping to send it back to them... funny. I disputed it on alibaba, and they went around and was two-faced and started LYING to alibaba saying it was customer damage from poor installation. Scumbag lying company that doesnt want to take accountability when shipping damages products.
Alibaba forced me to take a loss on the minor refund, which i only was able to recoupe 50% of the losses. They basically stole my money because i didnt get what i paid for the broken tvs back.
Stay away and choose others!

I am so sorry to hear that you are still unhappy after refunding you the cost of 2 unit 55" screens.
Actually, one was not damaged but has just a very tiny color pixel which won't effect display, but you still asked a refund of 2 screens. Anyway, we agreed to refund you 2 screens, alibaba also compensated you, and you accepted it because the total refund was already very close to what you wanted.
Today, again, you asked us to produce 4 pcs 65" screens for you, but we don't have such kind 65" glass in stock, and told you we couldn't supply it recently. You didn't accept and you refused to check with other suppliers. It was really incomprehensible that you threatened us with a bad review to supply you the 65" screen.
Hope we could understand each other more.
